Do I have to switch systems?
No. The integration connects to what you already use: your spreadsheet, your online store, your ERP or your own system. You keep working where you always do.
What if my system is custom-built?
That works too. If it has an API or a database, we connect there. If it has neither, we find another way, such as an automatic export or a small module inside the system itself.
Can it work if I keep my stock in Excel?
Yes. We can start from your Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet: you keep updating it as usual and Mercado Libre catches up on its own.
How much does it cost?
A basic integration starts at CLP 490,000 + VAT, in a single payment: your products listed with stock and price up to date. If you need more, like sales flowing into your ERP or receipts, we send you a fixed price after the diagnostic.
Does Mercado Libre charge for connecting?
No. Connecting to its API costs nothing for normal use like this. Mercado Libre keeps charging its usual selling fees, and we don't charge anything per product or per sale.
Do I have to give you my account password?
No. You authorise the connection from your own Mercado Libre account, without sharing your password, and you can remove that permission whenever you like.
Can you list cars or machinery?
Yes. It's what we do for CarOutlet: every car is listed with the make, model, year and mileage its category asks for, and it pauses or closes when it sells.
What happens if Mercado Libre changes something?
It happens often: categories, required details and rules change. With a monthly maintenance plan we make those adjustments so your listings don't stop.
