We build each shop for the business that uses it, with your products, your seasons and your rules.
Full-day and half-day tickets, lessons and season passes, with the mountain report kept up to date.
Day passes, members' guests, classes and memberships billed monthly.
Tickets with daily capacity, parking and guided visits.
Rafting, horse rides or treks with time slots, minimum ages and signed waivers.
Tasting tours, lunches and seasonal experiences.
Festivals, summer seasons and special ticketed activities.
Ticketing platforms keep part of every sale, show their brand instead of yours and keep your visitors' data.
Every booking is arranged message by message, and someone has to check the transfer, note the place and send the confirmation.
At the gate, nobody knows for sure who paid, who's already in or how many places are left for the afternoon.
High-season prices, capacity and weather closures are changed by hand on every channel, and one of them is always out of date.
Three made-up businesses, each with its own brand, products and rules: a ski centre, a club and an adventure-tour operator. Pick one and buy whatever you like. Nothing is charged or sent.
Each step sets off the next: visitors know what to bring and when to arrive, and your team knows who's coming without building lists by hand.
They pick the experience, date and time, accept the terms and pay. The place is taken off the count right away.
The ticket carries the QR code, what's included, what to bring and how to get there, in Spanish or English.
The day before, they get the time, the address, what to bring and the weather report.
At the entrance, the QR is scanned with a phone. If the ticket is for another day or was already used, the scanner says so right away.
The guide or instructor sees the group list with names, ages and accepted waivers.
You sell from your website, your social media and the hotels you work with. The shop takes the payment, issues the receipt, sends the ticket and tells the entrance, without anyone copying data by hand. These are some of the systems we can connect; if yours isn't here, we build the integration.
Your website, your social media, WhatsApp and the hotels and agencies that recommend your experiences.
On your domain and with your brand, in Spanish and English, with your experiences, capacity, prices and rules.
Trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. They are shown as examples of systems that can be integrated and don't imply a partnership.
It's built around your rules, not those of a generic platform, and each piece can be added when you need it.
Opening days and hours, capacity per time slot, blocked dates and high-season prices. When a slot fills up, it stops selling on its own.
Adult, child, senior or guest, minimum ages, minimum notice and documents, all checked before payment.
Monthly or yearly card billing, a member card with a QR code on the phone and member prices across the shop.
Through your own Flow, Webpay or Mercado Pago account. The money never goes through us.
Sent by email with the receipt and the accepted liability waiver, in Spanish or English.
Scanned with any phone. Each ticket is marked as used and won't work twice.
Your team updates the weather and what's open from a phone, and the shop stops selling whatever closes.
The day's sales and arrivals by experience, date changes, refunds and export to Excel.
On the website of a ski centre near Santiago, we worked on the season's schedules and calendar, the weather forecast and the daily conditions report: a graphic dashboard the team updates from the mountain. We also connected the live cameras to the site, all in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
The same report works anywhere that depends on the weather. If the wind closes an activity, the site shows it and the shop stops selling it. Try it on the dashboard.

Access road: chains required from bend 12
Any phone works as a scanner, with no apps or special hardware. Every scanned ticket adds to the day's panel, so you know how many people are at each experience. Switch business in the shop above and the entrance switches with it.

Each stage works on its own, so you start selling before everything is built.
Experiences, online payment, QR tickets, access control and the team's panel. It goes first because it's what starts selling fastest.
Codes for hotels and tour agencies with their commission, coupons and gift cards, automatic receipts and sales tracked in Google Analytics.
Memberships billed monthly, member cards with QR codes, prices for members and guests, and bookings for spaces and classes.
In 30 minutes we go over the experiences you sell, how you charge for them today and what happens at the entrance.
We send you scope, timeline and price for each stage, starting with ticket sales.
We set up your experiences, prices and rules, and test the shop with your team and test payments before sales open.
New seasons, experiences and prices, and support in your busiest months. A monthly plan of hours keeps everything running.
See the monthly plansNo. The shop lives on your domain, for example tickets.yoursite.com, with your logo and colours. The buy buttons on your current site just point to it.
To your account. The shop connects to your own Flow, Webpay or Mercado Pago account, so the payment goes straight from the visitor to you, on your provider's payout schedule. The money never goes through us.
No. You pay for building the shop and, if you like, a monthly maintenance plan. The payment provider charges its own fee per transaction, as with any online shop.
Yes. The member picks a plan, pays by card and is billed every month or once a year. They get a member card with a QR code on their phone and pay member prices in the shop. If a payment fails, the card shows it at the entrance and your team gets a notice.
Yes. We connect it to your member registry, your CRM, your accounting system or the booking platform you already use, so nobody copies data from one to the other. If one of them can't be connected, we solve it with automatic exports.
Yes. The shop and the emails are built in Spanish and English, and other languages such as Portuguese can be added. Visitors can buy with a passport instead of a Chilean ID, and in the diagnostic we check which payment provider best accepts your visitors' cards.
Your team marks the closure in the daily report or on the panel, and the shop stops selling that date or activity. Those who already bought get a notice, and their date is changed or their payment refunded from the same panel.
Ticket sales go in the first stage because they're the quickest part to launch, and the rest is added later without stopping sales. The exact timeline goes in the proposal, depending on how many experiences and rules you have.
It depends on how many experiences and rules you have and which systems need connecting. After the diagnostic we send you a proposal with the price of each stage. Monthly maintenance is separate, through Codeform's plans.
Tell us which experiences you offer and how you sell them today. In 30 minutes we'll tell you where to start, free and with no strings attached.
