Frequently asked questions
Doesn't Nubox have its own integrations?
Yes: it connects with Shopify, WooCommerce, Mercado Libre and HubSpot, among others. If one already does what you need, use it; we'll tell you in the diagnostic. We build what's left out, such as your custom-built site, your own system or monthly invoicing.
Does my accountant keep working in Nubox?
Yes. The documents are issued in your Nubox and your accounting stays the same. What we build just saves your team from typing them.
Which documents can be issued?
Receipts and invoices, exempt ones too, credit and debit notes, dispatch guides and export documents, up to 50 per batch.
What if my system is custom-built?
That works too. If it has an API or a database, we connect there. If it has neither, we find another route, such as an automatic export or a small module inside the system itself.
Do I need to enable anything in Nubox?
Yes: you generate API credentials in your Nubox, in the integrations section. We guide you in the diagnostic, and we test in Nubox's test environment first.
What does it cost?
A basic integration starts at CLP 490,000 + VAT, in a single payment: sales from your site or system issuing their receipt or invoice in Nubox. The rest, such as monthly invoicing or sending on WhatsApp, is quoted after the diagnostic at a fixed price.
Do I have to give you my Nubox password?
No. The connection uses API credentials you generate in your Nubox, not your username or password.
