Frequently asked questions
Why not just use a Shopify app?
If there's an app that does exactly what you need, use it: we'll tell you in the diagnostic. We build when it doesn't exist, when it doesn't talk to your system or when its monthly fee ends up costing more than building it once.
Do I keep running my store?
Yes. Your store stays on Shopify: you add products, change prices and create offers as always, or from your system if you prefer. What we build works behind the scenes.
What if my system is custom-built?
That works too. If it has an API or a database, we connect there. If it has neither, we find another route, such as an automatic export or a small module inside the system itself.
Do I need a particular Shopify plan?
Not for the integration: Shopify's API is on every plan. Some things in the store itself do depend on the plan, such as courier-calculated shipping rates at checkout. We'll tell you in the diagnostic.
What does it cost?
A basic integration starts at CLP 490,000 + VAT, in a single payment: your stock and prices in Shopify kept up to date from your system. The rest, such as orders into your ERP or the wholesale portal, is quoted after the diagnostic at a fixed price.
Do I have to give you my store password?
No. We install an app of your own in your store with just the permissions it needs, which you can uninstall whenever you like. We don't need your password.
